Today in most of hospitals there is not enough equipment for patient's cure. If a patient goes to hospital, he will see that there is lots of tests for which the hospital has no equipments. So their doctors write test outside the hospital. There is no proper system in which a hospital works, neither there are enough hospitals in the country. We can see that people belonging to backward areas have no proper access to hospitals. If they face a health problem, they have no hospitals in their city, the only way in front of these people is to go to a capital or big city to get cured we see these people face a number of difficulties reaching there.,and after they reach the hospital, they see that there is long ques outside the hospital and after passing ques they meet doctor and he says that he has to wait for one or two month for treatment or even longer, we can understand that to cure a disease people have to wait to get cured but this is government's fault that it has not well developed the health care system. After all we hear comments from leader's mouth that health system has become a serious problem due to population explosion. I mean seriously! Firstly our leaders can not have proper policy solution then they comment like this nonsense! Our leaders knows only how to gather masses for their rallies after that they announce nonsense policy programme which they cannot implement.
Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave. This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather.
