Because I lived in allahabad previously so my heart felt that I have to write something about this incident, I want to say that there is no respect of constitution in people's mind, the reason behind this is because our states also failed to maintain a condition of law on several occasions like during release of a film called padmavati and during many occasions. This gave permission to people to do things in their way, this gave people a chance that whatever they want to do, they can do there is no rule of law. I know that I am somewhat critical but in this matter I want to say that it is failure of the state that so much anger has developed in people's mind that they will kill people for the revenge. The 26 years old dalit student went to a restaurant to have dinner on Saturday night and after some little incident, he was killed, I mean so much anger. I have seen the video of his killing, it does not matter to me whether he is dalit or other I only mean that where is our constitution. Today if our constitution writers present, they will weap to see the situation of the country. I mean so much anger that constitution and other documents have gone in vain. This is all state created problem if the state maintained the law and order situation in a proper way, this would never happened.
Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave. This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather.
