Today I want to discuss some thing about our farmers. It has been seen in last years or I can say that always that our leaders show a good picture of future to the farmers, basically they use them to fulfil their own goals. It has been seen in last few years that there became a wrong pattern during elections to abolish the debt of farmers. This is other thing that this wrong tradition causes much burden of banks or other financial institution. Our leader use farmers to Come in power again and again, but they ever try to eliminate or abolish real difficulty of farmers, that thinking that OK chunav aane wale hain to kisano ka karz maaf karke unka masiha ban kar vote le lo aur phir aage ki aage. This thinking is harmful for farmers because it does not provide any permanent solution to the real difficulties of farmers, but farmers also get trapped in these promise. This is other thing that when farmers go to get themselves debt free they come to know that "humara to 5rupee ka hi karz maaf hua hai" or other things. No leader addresses the actual problem. In this budget we can see actual problems. I think that this is a good thing but the actual test of these plans is now, because we can see many government programmes which it has announced but has not implemented yet. So I want to say if government is aimed to abolish the problems of farmers that will be a welcome step but at the same time we can see that government's aim is other. But at the same time we also should praise government's these steps and government should implement it in a proper way.
Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave. This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather.
