As we can see that women are playing a very important roles in those spheres in which we allow women to perform. These days we can see that there is a huge debate over India's rank in ease of doing business index but I am surprised to see that there is no debate over India's ranking in global gender gap index in which India's ranking is shrinking day by day and I am also surprised to see that this year India slipped 21point that is from 87to 108th.but there is no debate over this. We are living in 21st century and our half population is not equal to other. I think that we should think not for our profit only but also for all over development of the society. I was reading about women empowerment and suddenly I came to know that women reservation Bill which gives women 33% reservation has not been passed in loksabha but it has been passed in Rajyasabha in 2010 but after that there is no negotiations or talks to Pass this bill.
Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave. This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather.
