Today I want to discuss about the concept of one nation one election. First thing that I would like to say is that you all should know that India has previously conducted the same till 1967. I want to discuss the whole things related with it, yesterday I read an article in the hindu news paper in which I found every aspect of it, the very first is supporter of the project, in his argument he says that it will save a lot of money and time and also will give government time to commend its plans properly, the nation will not in a mode of election always accounting to which ministers use abusive language to one another. The second opinion was not in favour of the thought because it has been in last years that government of a state loses its support before five years, in that case it would not according to our constitution that government of those states will be dragged to a term of five years and there will be a lot of cost in this conducting the same. The third opinion is that there should be a lot of debate over this issue and we should discuss all the aspects of the issue and it is a much debated issue and it should be debated before reaching to a final conclusion.
Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave. This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather.
