why privatisation of PSUs will not benefit?

Government is thinking of increasing efficiency of PSUs through their privatisation. So today we will discuss why privatisation is not good and will be eventually harmful for out country in long term?
Privatisation a capitalist economy on seeing it seems very attractive and it seems that everything is going to be okay in our economy through this, because everything is going to be handed over to laissez-faire economy, but they question is- is it good for economy? The answer is Very complicated and difficult but according to me it is good for short term or you can say that it seems beautiful from outside. Leave this, Indian economy is a mixed economy and it should create an example of that. Wherever I didn't see any government's work which depicts that. Government should amend the constitution and remove the word that India is a mixed economy and add the word that India is a capitalist economy because there I am not able to see any sign of mixed but capitalist.
According to me government is going in wrong direction by disinvesting from almost every sector of their responsibility. The consequences of these changes will be felt in long term as consequences of demonetisation and without proper preparation early implementation of gst can be seen today.
Instead of privatisation, government should incentives good work, service in the PSUs and you may think where the money come from? So let me clear you that government need not to expense money from its treasure but cut from wrong performing employees. Next question would you ask is that suppose if every government employee working fine, the answer would be don't give them extra money but within their salary design things in a way to encourage them for their work and it can also be done through other measures.
Crux of the discussion is that India is a mixed economy and it should be treated in that way otherwise this is not correct time to move to capitalist economy because you probably know how much poor population live in our country and how many people even can't afford two meals a day. This Will be disastrous for all of them.

severe heatwave in Indian subcontinent

Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15.  World's hottest place was in Pakistan, infact in Pakistan that city temperature which is hottest place on earth remains approx 50degree centigrade in past 5 years.  Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave.  This is happening because of climate change our environment is changing continuously, our weather pattern has changed in a significant way, climate has changed so we see rain in winter and drought in other weather. Nobody can predict what is going to happen in coming years.  This is all because of climate change and we should make more agreements like Paris climate treaty and should follow t...

Growing identity crisis in people

Some days ago suddenly I came through a news of the France. The incident was that there grew a sudden and powerful anger against the people of middle east or africa, remember my words that this intolerance has not suddenly grown up but it is result of all the racism Which have taken place in last some years .If we see or want to track origin of all these problems then we will find that growing tensions of people's own minds are creating various hallucinating situations, this reason is perfect that these immigrants are increasing security problems and clearly these things are unsafe for society and especially for women, but at the same time we should also think for these people. After all they are all our society member, and I think that there is no need for me to describe dominos theory which USA followed in the decade of 1950.We can also see that today western world countries have grown rapidly but rest of the world remained in hunger and poverty. In a underdeveloped country like India ...
