Recently a ranking was made of world's top hot places. In that ranking there was almost 10 cities of India among 15. Heatwave is declared based on previous temperature record. Scientists average past temperature and on the basis of that analysis they declare a specific temperature as heatwave, this temperature is 4-5degree above the average temperature and if it is above 6degree then it is called as severe heatwave.
